· The 765 website must be used for purposes permitted by law and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of any individual, nor involve the misuse of the website’s content.

· These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions, or any dispute concerning the website whether regarding the contractual relationship herein or otherwise the laws of the United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate such a dispute.

· The website may occasionally request personal documentation to verify a user’s identity or to confirm ownership of the payment method used for purchases. If such documentation is not provided, the account along with any remaining balance will remain suspended.

- Any digital item sold will be transferred exclusively to the traffic file (vehicle/license record) that matches the buyer’s information.

· You may not use our company’s trademarks or trade name in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers.

- If a customer purchases a number from the 765 website and it subsequently turns out to be unavailable in stock, the customer has the right to either exchange it for another number or receive a refund of the amount paid.

- If the customer chooses to receive a refund rather than accept an alternative offered by the 765 website, the funds will be returned using the same payment method originally used within 7 to 15 days for electronic payments, or in cash if the payment was made in cash.

- When purchasing products from the 765 website electronically, the product will be delivered within a maximum of 24 hours from the date of purchase.

- The customer must provide a valid traffic file number.

Text messages (SMS)

· When you sign in or create an account with your mobile number, 765 sends you a text message with a one-time verification code. We use your number only for verification codes and notifications about your orders, and we do not send marketing messages. · Message frequency depends on how often you request a code. You can also sign in with your email instead of your phone. · We do not sell your mobile number or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
